Sainv Foundation was incorporated on 22nd February 2021. It is registered as a non-profit organization (NPO) under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, with CIN: U80903UP2021NPL142212. Section 8 Licence Number: 123735
The foundation is headquartered at Shivpuri Colony, Sarojini Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, 226008. Sainv Foundation aims to empower communities by spreading awareness on critical social issues, promoting education, skill development, cyber security, and environmental sustainability.

Mission
- Education Promotion: We aim to educate children, parents, teachers, and law enforcement officials about the safe use of the internet, cyber threats, and smartphones.
- Technology Training: We strive to establish IT institutions and training centers to offer courses and curricula focused on computers, the internet, cyber threats, and the safe use of smartphones.
- Digital Life Skills: Through digital media, we provide learning and educational services to help individuals acquire digital skills and achieve success in their lives.
